Your Role:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at InvestEngine, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our company’s rapid growth. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating smooth onboarding processes with our People team. Your expertise will ensure we bring in the best talent while maintaining a strong employer brand.
Additionally, you will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, help us develop effective recruitment strategies, and create a seamless candidate experience. Your work will have a direct impact on shaping the future of InvestEngine by ensuring we hire the right people for the right roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate journey from application to onboarding, providing clear communication and feedback.
- Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and candidate conversion rates, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Technical Skills:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or at a staffing agency
- Previous experience in a high-growth, world-class startup environment will be a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and interact with various stakeholders
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods
- Strong organisational skills
