Your Role:

At InvestEngine, we’re on a mission to deliver high-quality talent at scale with speed and consistency. We’re building a modern, data-driven hiring engine—and we’re looking for a hands-on Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to help us scale our engineering and product teams across the globe.

You’ll run end-to-end recruitment for our fast-growing tech org—from sourcing and engaging exceptional talent, to closing offers and improving funnel efficiency. You’ll be a trusted partner to our Engineering and Product leaders, shaping hiring strategy from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and engage top-tier technical talent across the UK and Europe.
• Run structured interview processes that prioritize fairness and quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and forecast hiring needs.
• Manage pipelines, drive offer negotiations, and continuously improve recruitment processes.

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience recruiting technical roles, ideally within fintech or high-growth start-ups
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills; fluent in passive talent engagement.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and modern recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and interact with various stakeholders
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods
• Strong organisational skills
